ServSafe Training

 

A professional development workshop for restaurant managers, health care professionals and other food service personnel.  The ServSafe Food training program is the industry standard for food safety education.

 

It empowers you to: Implement/monitor measures for   prevention of food-borne diseases

                                  Minimize liability risks

                                  Be aware of standards enforced by the regulatory agencies

                                  Simplify Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles

 

This two-day seminar trains, teaches, and certifies you by the National Restaurant Association.  In addition, learn about the latest food & health regulations.  Upon successful completion of course and exam, participants will be certified in Food Protection training by the Ohio Department of Health.
